Private Package Archives - aka ppa (similar to ubuntu's ppa).
It would be really useful - even at this early stage to allow Devuan dev's to have a private package archive where they could have there personal packages built using devuans CI stach. This will help especially for dev's working on private projects that we don't want polluting Devuans repo.
I'd suggest a number of safegaurds to prevent abuse and create a clear delineation between Devuan and the developers ppa:
A ppa application should be approved by 2 Senior VUA's.
Applications from or on behalf of commercial entities should be considered provided they give due consideration in exchange, and they're usage of our CI does not impact on the normal archive jobs.
Devuan builds queued should have a higher priority then any personal builds for ppa's.
Each ppa should have it's own unique ppa-signing key and keyring package and that key is not included in the devuan-keyring. This is to prevent ppa packages being mistaken for official devuan packages.
