Works now, asks a few questions through debconf, then write etc/network/interfaces. Still incomplete, but it builds and can be played with. r226

udpkg now creates the directories I'll need (is that kosher?, means netconfig may fail if not installed with udpkg, but saves a bit of space) make smaller and easier to read activate the static network warn user if gateway is unreachable r260
