Updated the spanish task file. I was wondering... there seems to be

an inconsistency in which packages do spanish/french/german/danish/...
provide. Some include GUI-related packages (mozilla-locale-XX,
openoffice.org-l10n-XX, kde-i18n-XX) others do not, some include
documentation (besides manpages, which is sometimes in Essential:
but sometimes not) and some others do not.

Maybe we need a consensus/suggestion of what should be in tasks related to
languages?

* Petter Reinholdtsen
- Completed no.po.
* Javier Fernández-Sanguino
- Added missing useful packages to the spanish task
(including comments), maybe too much documentation (could be trimmed)?
