Added in stuff from task-devel-common.
Added in more rather useful stuff like gdb.
Merged c++-dev and c-dev packages, since c++-dev was mostly identical,
except 3 packages or so more..

Seems that xfonts-bolkhov-koi8r has split into -75dpi and -misc. I took the

- data.c: Made tasksel process fields after the long description. This was
stopping tasksel for handling the new Packages files that actually
include Task: headers, so it's kinda useful. :)
- tasksel.c: When no tasks are present, print a trailing newline.
